Nathaniel Skon

At ForeFront Power, Nate leads asset management, supply chain, and new operating partnerships. Under his leadership, the asset management function has achieved a 99% performance rate over the past 12 months, while scaling assets under management to over 300 solar, storage, and microgrid assets. Nate has forged multiple strategic partnerships, resulting in a lower levelized cost of electricity for ForeFront’s fleet and enabling the company to take a leadership role in innovative product offerings, such as EV charging infrastructure.

Nate’s 20-year career spans the development, finance, and operations of over 5 GW of assets across 15 countries, covering residential, commercial and industrial, and utility-scale projects. He has held key roles at SunPower, Solar Power Partners (acquired by NRG), SunEdison, and ForeFront Power. Nate holds an MBA with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Wisconsin.
