Kristina Peterson
Kristina A. Peterson is a seasoned executive in the energy infrastructure investment sector, including power generation, solar, EV charging and battery energy storage, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Blink Charging (NASDAQ:BLNK), Invinity Energy Systems (LSE:IES), and Madison Energy Infrastructure (a privately-held EQT Group AB company). She serves on the Audit Committees of each firm and serves as Chair of the Nomination, Governance and ESG Committee at Blink, and Chair of the Remuneration (Compensation) Committee at Invinity. Ms. Peterson is a senior advisor for several private equity firms, including EQT Group AB and Apax Partners. She held senior executive roles at Brookfield Asset Management, Brookfield Renewable Partners, and Thomson Reuters/ThoughtTrace since 2015, and previously as CEO, CFO, and other senior management positions at EDF Renewable Energy, Suntech, and Greenwood Energy from 2007 to 2015. In these global roles, she directed over $3bln of equity investments and operated or constructed and developed over 2.5GW of solar projects. Earlier in her career, she was an international investment banker at Citibank and ABN AMRO Bank in energy, telecom and other infrastructure sectors, where she financed over $8.5 billion of project finance debt transactions. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University. She completed graduate coursework at MIT’s Sloan School of Management prior to attending Booth.
