Dave Smith is the Director of Lifecycle Solutions at FlexGen, where he leads initiatives focused on optimizing and extending the operational lifespan of energy-storage systems. With a strong background in asset management, engineering solutions, and lifecycle strategy, Dave partners across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient outcomes that support both sustainability and profitability.

He holds a MEng and BEng, in Engineering Management and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, equipping him with the technical and strategic foundation to transform how energy assets are managed, maintained, and repurposed through their full lifecycle.
