Darren Kelly

Darren built and led Terra-Gen’s commercial and asset management team in charge of onboarding and managing $2.5B in greenfield solar, BESS and hybrid capital investment across both the Edwards-Sanborn and Lockhart franchises in southern California, and was a member of its Board of Directors.  He also has experience managing wind, solar thermal and geothermal renewable electric generation facilities with nearly 25 years of utility scale experience. Darren’s focus has been profit and loss oversight with particular emphasis on optimizing both operational and financial performance, acquisitions, divestitures, wind and solar repowering, and onboarding greenfield development. Darren holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Purdue University.
