Carl is currently the Industry Specialist for the Natural Resources Clean Energy Transition investment and corporate banking coverage team in Citi’s Banking Capital Markets Advisory (BCMA) group. He has over a decade of experience advising business and risk on wind, solar (utility scale and DG), battery storage, and more recently, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable natural gas and other clean energy technologies. Carl has long-standing relationships with technical and market experts in these fields, and he is frequently a panelist/speaker at industry conferences. Carl has over three decades of experience at Citi in structured finance, risk management and corporate banking, and is also closely involved in the firm’s Corporate Sustainability and Climate Risk initiatives. He is enthusiastic about sharing his institutional knowledge and industry expertise with his Citi Impact Fund colleagues and has been a Fund Advisor since 2020.
