Bryce Sullivan

Bryce Sullivan is a Performance Engineer specializing in battery energy storage systems at FlexGen’s Remote Operations Center (ROC). In this role, Bryce monitors and analyzes large-scale BESS assets, working in tandem with software engineers, field technicians, OEMs, and asset managers to ensure top-tier system performance and availability. With a keen focus on operational metrics, instrumentation data and control-system behaviour, Bryce helps identify root-cause issues, develop remediation roadmaps, and optimize asset lifecycle outcomes. Passionate about the energy transition and the role of storage in grid resilience, Bryce brings a data-driven mindset and collaborative spirit to support FlexGen’s mission of “turning batteries on and keeping them on.
