Bridget Bartol serves as NEMA’s Executive Director of Industry and Regulatory Affairs for the Grid. She was previously Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Energy, as well as Deputy Director for DOE’s Office of Public Affairs, where she helped shape national energy policy and communications. Her nearly two decades of deep public and private sector expertise in grid policy, regulatory and market strategy, as well as energy leadership across two presidential administrations strengthens NEMA’s work to advance grid reliability and the deployment of next‑generation electrical technologies. She is a graduate of the University of Florida.
