Kate Goldsberry is a Sr. Asset Manager at Key Capture Energy, where she oversees operational strategy, asset performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across 600 MW of operational utility-scale energy storage assets.
Kate brings deep experience in renewable energy operations, asset management, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership, helping organizations improve reliability, governance, and operational excellence. A passionate advocate for practical problem-solving and scalable processes, she enjoys collaborating across technical and business teams to drive meaningful results on a day-to-day basis. Outside of work, Kate is an avid gardener, novice potter, and science fiction enthusiast, and is supervised in most household activities by Nelly, her 16-year-old calico cat.
