Tanner McNeill

Tanner McNeill is the CEO of Aurelian Capital Partners, a real asset private equity company focused exclusively on bringing real estate capital and a real estate capital structure to the development and deployment of energy storage nationally. Prior to founding Aurelian Capital Partners, Tanner spent 11 years at Eastdil Secured, the world’s largest real estate investment bank. Throughout his career at Eastdil Secured, Tanner executed over $25 billion of deal activity in the real estate debt, equity and structured equity markets. Aurelian Capital Partners constructs unique equity and debt capital markets solutions to create alpha within the energy storage space.  Aurelian invests through multiple strategies including a high-leverage structured equity solution to facilitate the construction of merchant assets nationally, as well as an active development acquisition platform.  Aurelian finances its investments in the real estate capital markets.
