Ed is the Senior Vice President of Development, where he oversees a team that develops solar and battery storage projects across the US. Ed has been in the energy industry for nearly two decades and has experience developing, overseeing and commercializing ~4.5 GW of solar and solar + storage projects across the US and Canada that are in operations or under active construction. Prior to Vesper Energy, Ed held senior leadership roles at Low Carbon, RWE and Recurrent Energy across solar and battery storage development covering all of the major US renewable energy markets. Before working in renewable energy development, Ed worked in the energy space as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and an engineer at Chevron. Ed has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
