James Turnbull is a Senior Principal on Crux’s Industry Coverage team, where he works with clean energy developers, independent power producers, utilities and manufacturers across their capital needs – including tax credit transfers, tax equity, and broader debt and capital formation needs. James has participated in the full deal cycle on over US$1 billion in tax credit transfers, including transactions for some of the largest publicly listed and Fortune 500 companies in the energy and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to joining Crux, James was a Director in Natural Resources & Energy at Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s New York Branch, originating and executing renewable project finance debt. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Applied Finance).
